Ghanta Naveen Babu, well-known as Nani, is a Telugu producer, actor, and television host from India who is most known for his work in that language's movies. He has received two Filmfare Best Actor nominations in addition to two state Nandi Awards, the Best Hero trophy, a Filmfare Critics' Choice Award for Best Actor, at the 2013 Toronto After Dark Film Festival, and two additional honours. His first film, D for Dopidi, produced in 2013, became a box office success. His next venture, Awe, produced in 2018, also achieved critical and commercial success through Wall Poster Cinema.

In 2011: He first had a successful release with Nandini Reddy's romantic comedy Ala Modalaindi.
In 2012: Nani starred opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, his last release of the year.
In 2015: Nani co-starred with Amala Paul in a dual role for the first time in the Janda Pai Kapiraju.
In 2017: As a key actor, he played a role in the Telugu film Middle Class Abbayi, which grossed more than 70 crores and was ranked the 7th highest-grossing Telugu movie of 2017.
