Born in New York, Sylvester Stallone is a well-known American actor and filmmaker. It’s hard to believe that someone who at one time was having trouble getting even a single role in movies would go on to become one of Hollywood’s best-known celebrities. After his parents divorce he went on to attend the Philadelphia Notre Dame Academy and Lincoln High School. He then finished his classwork at the Charlotte Hall Military Academy before going off to the University of Miami.
