Trisha Krishnan, one of the known actresses, was born on May 4, 1983; she is known by her nickname, Trisha. Her main focus is on South Indian films, where she has established herself as a leading actress. Her entrance into the film industry began after she won several beauty contests, such as Miss Madras (1999). Her performance in all South Indian languages earned her the Queen Of South India. According to The Times of India, she is one of the best actresses in South India.

1999: A minor role in Jodi as Simran's friend was Trisha's first acting role after she won the pageant.

In 2004: A romance-action film directed by M S Raju made her an overnight sensation in Telugu cinema.

In 2018: She starred in a Malayalam film with Nivin Pauly, making her debut in Malayalam.

In 2019: Petta, Trisha Krishnan played Rajinikanth's wife.
