Paula Zahn announced in April 2007 that she was divorcing Cohen after 20 years of marriage. Zahn sued Cohen the same year, alleging he mismanaged around 20 years' worth of her career earnings. According to the New York State court, the lawsuit "is not a commercial case, but rather a matrimonial dispute masquerading as a commercial dispute."
