The legendary Joe Perry has achieved permanent iconic status in the pantheon of rock as one of the co-founding members of Aerosmith, America's Greatest Rock & Roll Band, as a principal co-songwriter and an electrifying lead guitarist in the band. It is no coincidence that he has helped to drive his band to the point where, over the course of three decades, they have sold over 150 million albums, received critical acclaim, won four Grammy Awards, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Joe Perry Career:
As part of his fifth solo CD- titled Have Guitar Will Travel, which he wrote and produced solely, Joe Perry released his fifth solo CD in 2009. 
Throughout the band's career, JOE has been credited as a producer (either individually or as part of the group AEROSMITH) on numerous albums.
As part of the Cancer, Alzheimer's Disease, HIV/AIDS, and PTSD effort, Joe Perry met on Capitol Hill with the nation's top scientists and leaders to talk about promoting cures and improving therapies for these diseases in September, 2009.
The Lollapalooza Festival took place in 2009, and JOE teamed up with Janes Addiction to perform the song "Jane Says" for the audience.
As part of the historic "Concert For Diana", which took place on July 1, 2007, at Wembley Stadium, PERRY performed with Tom Jones and his band.
