Joseph Guillermo Jones, better known as the stage name of The Commander-in-Chief and founder of the Ruff Ryders Entertainment label, is an American rapper, singer and actor. Joseph Guillermo Joneswas born on 15th July, 1976in the Bronx. Having grown up in Yonkers he started out his career by rapping around that area before signing a major record deal with Ruff Ryder Records in 1998. His hardworking nature has allowed him to stay relevant in today's rap scene and he continues to be a pillar for performers everywhere.

Jim Jones Debut Album: (2004-2005): On My Way to Church is Jones' debut album. The album spawned two singles that comes on US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. 
Jim Jones Launched 3rd Album: (2006-2009): Jones' third album Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment), was more commercial and once again featured Dipset members along with Lil Wayne.
