About (Profile/Biography):
An all-arounder is a perfect description for American vocalist Lance Bass. He’s well known for being in the band NSYNC, but he didn’t stop there. Along with his vocal skills, he is also an accomplished author, actor, producer, and even got NASA-certified to be an astronaut. Growing up, he always wanted to be an astronaut but life had other plans for him. It wasn’t until high school that his life did a 180; during his junior year he called Justin Timberlake and got the opportunity of a lifetime. Without having much time to think about it, he became part of NSYNC. An artist without limits is a good way to describe Bass.
Career:
Justin Timberlake and his mother, Lynn Harless, approached him about filling in for Jason Galasso as the lead singer in the NSYNC band.
Lance Bass rose to fame suddenly, and the NSYNC band was one of the bands that defined the 1990s pop culture.
When asked if they had appeared on the Rosie O'Donnell Show, Lance believed that it was an indicator that they were now well-known.
Their song No Ties Attached set every record conceivable in March 2020. With 1.1 million copies sold alone on the day of release, it was one of the chart leaders.
As a member of the NSYNC band, Bass' performance at the Super Bowl with Aerosmith was one of his career-high points. His production Kidnapped for Christ received favorable reviews.
At the Manhattan International Film Festival, it won two prizes: Best Documentary and the Audience Award for Documentary Feature.
Achievements and Awards:
For World Space Week, Lance served as the national youth presenter (2003-2005).
For his campaign visibility, Bass received the Human Rights Prize in 2006.
