Abraham Benjamin de Villiers was born on 17 February 1984 and is a former South African international cricketer. He is best-known as ICC ODI Player of the Year Three Times during His 15-Year. His international career began as a wicket-keeper-batsman, but he has mostly played as a batsman.
AB de Villiers Career:
• His first international match was a Test against England in 2004, and his first One Day International (ODI) came in early 2005. Twenty20 International cricket was his debut season in 2006. 

• His 78 Test innings without a duck are the second-most in Test history after he was bowled for naught by Bangladesh in November 2008. He has also scored the second-highest individual score for a South African batsman, with 278*.  
AB de Villiers International Career:
His Test debut took place against England at Port Elizabeth on 16 December 2004. The second Test saw him drop down the order and given the wicket-keeping gloves after making a strong impression opening the batting.
2007 Cricket World Cup In West Indies:
His maiden ODI century, 146, was scored off just 130 balls against West Indies in the Super 8 match on 10 April 2007. He scored 170 runs for the third wicket. De Villiers' innings set up a total of 356/4 from 50 overs.
