Considered a national champion running back, Todd Gurley is a retired American football player who played for teams in the National Football League (NFL). It all started at Tarboro High School where his playing career began.

Todd Gurley College Career: Gurley played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs from 2012 to 2014. Gurley became a two-time All-American and he was also chosen as SEC Freshman of the Year in 2012. Gurley was a finalist for Heisman Trophy in 2013 but he was stopped for four games due to an NCAA infraction.

Todd Gurley NFL Career:

2015-2019: Gurley was selected in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams (now the Los Angeles Rams). He stayed with them for his whole career, running for over 1,000 yards in his rookie year. The guy was a beast. In addition to that, he got three Pro Bowl selections and two First-Team All-Pro selections. That’s nuts! But then he signed with the Atlanta Falcons in 2019.
2020: A one-year contract was agreed upon between Gurley and the Detroit Lions. However, in November, after just one season they released him.
