Yuzvendra Singh "Yuzi" Chahal is a professional chess player and cricketer from India. In domestic cricket in India, he represents Haryana. He is presently a member of the IPL team Rajasthan Royals. He has served India internationally in both Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) and One Day Internationals (ODIs). He bowls with his leg breaking. Chahal was the second player in T20I history to record a six-wicket haul and the first Indian. He was the first concussion replacement to be honoured as man of the match in a cricket match on a global scale.
Career:
In 2011: Chahal was initially signed by the Mumbai Indians.
In 2016: He was chosen to travel to Zimbabwe with the 14-man team.
In 2017: He ended the match with 6/25 as the first Indian to take five wickets in a T20I match.
In 2020: Chahal replaced Ravindra Jadeja after he suffered a concussion in the first T20I versus Australia.
In 2022: His 100th ODI wicket came in the first match against the West Indies.
Achievements and Awards:
The only two players to take six wickets in T20I history are Yuzvendra Chahal and Ajantha Mendis of Sri Lanka.
During the IPL, Yuzvendra Chahal has taken 97 wickets as a bowler, including 73 in ODIs, 46 in T20Is, and 46 in ODIs.

However, he found the bulk of his success with Royal Challengers Bangalore. Since 2015, he was the team's leading wicket-taker for two consecutive seasons.
Chahal recorded 23 wickets in T20Is in 2017, the most of any bowler throughout that period.
