Pusarla Venkata Sindhu is a popular badminton player from India. As one of India's most accomplished athletes, Sindhu has won medals at numerous international competitions, including the Olympics and BWF circuit, along with a gold medal at the 2019 World Championships. She is only the second female athlete from India to win two straight medals at the Olympic Games and the first and only Indian to win the title of badminton world champion.
