Suzanne Brigit Bird was born on October 16, 1980. During her career, Bird played for the Seattle Storm of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). She was drafted first overall by the Storm in the 2002 WNBA draft and is considered one of the greatest women's basketball players of all time. A WNBA player cannot win titles in more than one decade as of 2021. Previously, she worked as a basketball operations associate for the Denver Nuggets. In addition, she has played for three teams in Russia. She is a dual citizen of the United States and Israel.
