Actor and retired professional wrestler Tyler Mane hails from Canada. The best-known character he has played is Sabretooth in the American superhero film 'X-Men.' He has also competed in professional wrestling promotions, including All Japan Pro Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and Universal Wrestling Federation (UWF). The magazine 'Pro Wrestling Illustrated' (PWI) named him one of the '500 best singles wrestlers of the year in 1991. He won the 'World's Strongest Tag Determination League New Wave Award' in 1990. As a result of his retirement from wrestling in 1996, Mane started concentrating on his film career.
