Chamique Holdsclaw is a retired American professional basketball player, widely considered one of the greatest in the history of the women's game. She played college basketball at the University of Tennessee and won three consecutive national championships from 1996-1998. In the WNBA, she played for the Washington Mystics, Los Angeles Sparks, and Atlanta Dream. Holdsclaw is a six-time WNBA All-Star and was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018. She is also an advocate for mental health awareness, sharing her own struggles with depression and promoting mental health resources for athletes.
