American lawyer and politician Michael McCaul was born on January 14, 1962, and has represented Texas's 10th congressional district in Congress since 2005.<more> For the 113th, 114th, and 115th Congresses, Republican Michael McCaul served as the chair of the House Committee on Homeland Security. After completing his education at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, Michael McCaul earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Trinity University in San Antonio in 1984, followed three years later by a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University. Additionally, the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellowship was completed by Michael McCaul. Michael McCaul started the career as a federal prosecutor before joining politics.
